The clinic meets every Monday and Thursday
using a donated space in a Kaiser Permanente facility in San
Rafael |
Normally
we serve 25-30
clients each evening

Volunteers
handle the paperwork and
schedule clients for treatment |
 Volunteer
nurses coordinate
the work of the doctors

 Since
we handle only non-emergency conditions,
clients are treated first-come-first-served
|
The volunteer doctors are our
most valuable asset
|
|
We also have volunteer pharmacists
|
We
maintain our own pharmacy
through in-kind and monetary donations
|
During discharge, bilingual counselors make sure
clients
know how to take their medicines and where to find additional
resources.

 Rotarians
from our club attend all clinics
|
 We
are also able to call on additional community resources for
testing, medicines not in our pharmacy and long term treatment
|
 Finally,
we must make sure that our records are accurate and complete
|
